When I founded Scrub Masters Plus Corp in 2013, I brought with me a vision that went against the grain of an industry known for high turnover, low wages, and inconsistent quality. I believed that a cleaning company could be built on a fundamentally different model—one where employees are treated as valued professionals, compensated fairly, and given the training and tools they need to take genuine pride in their work.
As I look to the future, my goal is to create a model of leadership that other businesses can follow — showing that it's possible to be profitable while investing in people and making a positive impact on the community.
